Next, Apex will exhibit at FTA INFOFLEX 2023 in Colombus, Ohio, April 17-18. Attendees can view many of Apex’s engravings and print samples at Booth #324. The annual event provides networking and solution discovery for flexographic printers and converters and is co-located with the FTA Forum technical seminars.
Apex International will also have a presence at the AICC Spring meeting in Miami, Florida, April 24-26. The AICC multi-day event features plant tours, technical workshops and forums, networking, a golf tournament and more. Apex will have team members on site to discuss advanced anilox and corrugated glue set solutions for boxmaker attendees.
Finally, Apex is proud to be an exhibitor of the first LabelExpo Mexico. The company’s UltraCell and GTT 2.0 anilox engravings will be showcased at Booth #P13. Maximizing on the success of the Latin American Label Summits, LabelExpo Mexico will bring advanced flexo and labelling solutions to printers and converters traveling from all areas of Latin America.
UltraCell cell geometries are wider and up to 30% shallower than C02 and conventional YAG laser-engraved anilox rolls yet deliver the same ink volume and density. UltraCell is engravable in all patterns: hexagonal, LongCell, Tri-Helical, Channellox, Positive, among many others. UltraCell lasts longer, maintains more accurate volume, and can deliver better print results.
Manufactured by Apex International, GTT 2.0 is a patented engraving design, refined for more than 10 years to mitigate liquid turbulence. The proprietary Open Slalom Ink Channel engraving is streamlined to reduce ink spitting, mottling, pinholing, plugging, and dot gain. The enhanced design has been proven to save on ink usage and deliver higher opacity and print quality. The engraving is available in a variety of volume options and can be utilized in multiple print applications, from fine print to flood coat.
“Spring is always filled with fantastic industry events that start the year strong, and Apex is proud to be a part of them! Our team is eager to assist printers and converters in solving their most pressing print and embossing issues with Apex roll and sleeve solutions.” states Farrah Nuzzo, Global Marketing Coordinator. Specialty print samples and other giveaways will be on display at all Apex booths.
