HAPERT, Netherlands – Apex International is pleased to announce the appointment of Nick Harvey as Global Commercial Vice President, strengthening the company’s global commercial leadership as it continues to develop its international organization and pursue sustainable growth.
In this role, Nick will lead the development of Apex's global commercial strategy and capabilities, working closely with regional Managing Directors to strengthen commercial leadership, collaboration and performance across the Group. His focus will be on supporting sustainable, profitable growth through common standards, technical expertise and a consistent approach to customer value.
Nick brings 26 years of experience at Apex, with a career spanning sales, Technical Director and Vice President of Sales. His extensive knowledge of the company’s technologies, manufacturing capabilities and markets, combined with a strong understanding of customer needs, provides a solid foundation for his expanded global responsibilities.

His appointment further strengthens Apex International's global leadership structure. Within the Group's established governance framework, the Chairman provides strategic direction, oversight of major decisions and protection of long-term shareholder interests. Group CEO Ruud van Cuijk leads the Executive Leadership Team and is responsible for executing the agreed strategy, managing the Group's operations and delivering sustainable, profitable growth and measurable shareholder returns.
