Sie sollten sich leicht auf dem Zylinder bewegen und sich störungsfrei drehen. Prüfen Sie, ob die Luftdüsen verstopft sind. Dies sollte zur Routine werden, da alle Luftdüsen frei sein müssen, so dass sich ein Luftfilm zwischen Rastersleeve und Luftzylinder aufbauen kann. 2. Das Luftdrucksystem und die Zylinderoberflächen müssen frei sein von Feuchtigkeit, Ölen, Schmiermitteln, Farben und Lösemitteln. 3. Das Luftvolumen darf niemals unter 12 Liter (0,42 cubic ft.) pro Sekunde absinken. 4. Prüfen Sie den Luftdruck am Luftzylinder. Er sollte optimalerweise zwischen 6 und 8 bar (87–116 psi) liegen. 5. Der Durchmesser des Luftzylinders muss innerhalb der ursprünglichen STORK-Toleranz liegen (siehe Abbildung unten).   6. Prüfen Sie die Innenbeschichtung: Diese muss sauber sein und darf keine Beschädigungen wie tiefe Kratzer aufweisen, da so der Luftdruck abfallen kann. 2. Die Seiten dürfen nicht beschädigt sein und die Innenbeschichtung muss intakt sein. 3. Prüfen Sie, ob mehr als ein Viertel der Länge des Sleeves ohne Luftdruck eingebaut ist. Dies sollte nicht möglich sein. 4. Während Sie einen Rastersleeve auf den Zylinder aufsetzen, warten Sie nach den ersten aktiven Luftdüsen ein paar Sekunden, bevor Sie den Sleeve weiter aufsetzen.
